Direction Primary Route: From Highway 24, cross the bridge over the Arkansas River into Granite. Go left on Chaffee County Road 397. Turn right on County Road 396 and follow the road up the hill to the East. Continue on 396 until the road curves to the left and goes up the hill turning into County Road 395 with a sign indicating private road. Continue on the private road crossing two gates as the map indicates. Continue following the private road northeast until you reach the property boundary. Secondary Route: From Highway 24, cross the bridge over the Arkansas River into Granite. Go left on Chaffee County Road 397 and follow 397 until you reach a jeep trail marked 27A. Take the first jeep trail to the left going straight up a steep hill. Follow 27A East for approximately two miles and the road will loop back towards the south and up to the property boundary.
