Real Estate as a profession: I have sold real estate since October 2007 working as a Broker Associate representing both buyers and sellers. Selling and buying homes all over the Denver area is what I enjoy. I have knowledge selling all types of properties: single family homes, townhomes, condos, and mountain homes. Personal facts: Denver has been my home since July of 2003. I grew up in Kansas for the majority of my life, lived in Texas for 6 years and then moved to Denver. My parents grew up in the Denver area and I have enjoyed Colorado my entire life. I enjoy spending time with my husband Jim, twins Maverick and Madelynn, and our fur babies, Waylon and Lola. Volunteering is a big part of my life. My roles have included : PTO president for Lenski Elementary School, Swim Team Parent Rep for the Heritage Greens Gators , VP of Powell, and Powell Middle School Fundraising, LPS School Foundation and several Arapahoe Sports Booster Clubs. Within Lois Lenski and the Gator Swim Team I have served on a number of volunteer committees, put in many volunteer hours. I have been successful in fundraising for Lois Lenski Elementary School, the Heritage Greens Gator Swim Team, Assistance League of Austin, Denver Rescue Mission, and Gamma Phi Beta. My fundraising efforts have been focused on children and young adults in providing an education that will bring success and joy to their future. I enjoy walking, tennis, golf, reading, Broncos football and visiting Maverick and Madelynn at the University of Kansas. Working for Sellers/Buyers: Both buyers and sellers benefit from my market knowledge, network of clients, and negotiation skills. With an innovative approach to marketing and problem solving, challenges are easily met.
